- Personal Data for employment purposes (applicants and employees)
- From job applicants: all information in your résumé/CV/bio-data (e.g., full name, contact details, date of birth, educational background, work experience, skills, certifications, references, salary expectations).
- From employees (current and former): additional data collected during employment, such as:
- Government-issued IDs (e.g., TIN, SSS/GSIS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG numbers)
- Bank account details for payroll
- Emergency contact information
- Performance evaluations, disciplinary records, attendance/leave records
- Health/medical information (for occupational health and safety, mandatory benefits, or as required by law)
- Sensitive personal information (e.g., membership in labor unions, if relevant; biometric data for time-keeping, if used)
- Other HR-related data (e.g., training records, promotions, benefits enrollment).
- Personal Data processed as a PIP for last-mile delivery services – Recipient name, delivery address, contact number/email, order details, special instructions (shared by clients).
- Personal Data from third-party truckers / delivery partners – Driver name/contact, vehicle info, license/ID, GPS/location data during deliveries.
- Automatically collected non-personal / technical information – IP address, browser/OS/device details, Site usage (pages visited, time/date, referrals).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of consent without verifiable parental consent.
- How We Use Your Information (Purposes and Lawful Bases)
We process personal data only for legitimate, specific, and explicit purposes, including:
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and services.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- For employment purposes (applicants and employees):
- To assess and process job applications (including background/verification checks).
- To administer the employment relationship: payroll processing, benefits administration (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, health insurance), tax withholding/compliance with BIR/DOLE requirements, performance management, training, leave/attendance tracking, disciplinary processes, promotions/terminations, workforce planning, and occupational health/safety.
- To comply with labor, tax, social security, and other employment-related laws.
- To manage emergencies (e.g., contacting next-of-kin).
- As a PIP for last-mile delivery: To coordinate/execute deliveries, provide updates, obtain proof of delivery, resolve issues.
- For third-party trucker information: To assign routes, track deliveries, verify eligibility, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., LTO), process payments, manage performance/safety.
- To analyze Site usage (aggregated/anonymized where possible).
- To comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, enforce rights, or protect safety.
Our lawful bases under the DPA include:
- Contractual necessity (e.g., employment contract fulfillment, job applications, delivery services).
- Legitimate interests (e.g., HR administration, Site improvement, logistics coordination — balanced against your rights).
- Legal obligations (e.g., tax/labor law compliance).
- Consent (where required, e.g., for certain sensitive data processing or optional uses; you may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing).
- Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only as necessary:
- With clients (for delivery services — e.g., status/proof returned to them).
- With trusted service providers (e.g., payroll processors, benefits administrators, IT/hosting, analytics — bound by DPA-compliant agreements).
- With third-party truckers (limited delivery details).
- With government authorities (e.g., BIR, DOLE, SSS for mandatory reporting).

- To protect rights/safety of VG Supply Chain, Inc., employees, clients, or public.
- Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary or required by law. Unneeded data is securely deleted/anonymized/destroyed.

We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No system is 100% secure. In a personal data breach, we notify the NPC and affected individuals as required by the DPA.
